When will I receive my tickets? (Apart from The Mixx, Atlantic City, please see further below)
The tickets for most venues on the TIESTO 2008 TOUR are electronic. (please see below for other venues)
After you have purchased you will receive your E-tickets via email. Please print your email and bring this with you to the venue. This confirmation email is your E-ticket and contains a unique bar-code with your ticket purchase details. Upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your E-ticket with the bar-code for scanning verification along with valid ID or the credit/payment card the tickets were purchased with. If you have not received your e-ticket please ensure you check your spam/junk folder before contacting customer services.

What does my barcode look like?
Your barcode will be a square 2D pixelated image that will arrive via email.


The Mixx, Atlantic City tickets will be physical. 
Physical tickets will be delivered by UPS.  UPS allows you to receive tickets to US events if you have a United States billing address. UPS can only be used for events that occur in the United States, and cannot be used to send you tickets if you do not have a United States billing address. UPS packages are sent only to your verified billing address in the U.S. and cannot be sent to Canada or to any other country. UPS will not deliver on Sundays or holidays. UPS may require that an adult be present to sign for a package, and if no one can sign for a package then UPS may leave a notice of delivery card notifying you of another delivery date or of a place where you may go to collect your package.
Delivery is charged at $6.95 plus 20 cents per ticket
We are sorry, but we cannot deliver tickets to P.O. Boxes, via UPS.
