Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
AM ONLY known here on in as THE MANAGEMENT
BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

  1. Age Restriction is strictly over 21 years old unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. Strictly no adults under 21 will be allowed to enter.
  2. Photo ID will be required to prove age.
  3. Alcohol, drinks, bottles, cans and illegal substances are barred from the event.
  4. It is a condition of entry that the ticket holder consents to being searched. Searches will be conducted in the presence of two, same sex (as ticket holder), CRB checked, S.I.A. officers.
  5. Any object which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
  6. The organizers reserve the right of refusal of admission, whereupon the ticket will be refunded.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ THE TWO PARAGRAPHS BELOW.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE AND WAIVER:
THE TICKET HOLDER ('HOLDER') ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NUMEROUS ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES PRESENTING VARYING DEGREES OF RISK ARE AVAILABLE TO HOLDER, AND THAT HOLDER VOLUNTARILY HAS CHOSEN AND AFFIRMATIVELY DESIRES TO ATTEND THE PUBLIC, MASS-AUDIENCE CONCERT EVENT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET HAS BEEN ISSUED (THE 'EVENT'). IN CONSIDERATION FOR ALLOWING THE HOLDER TO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND BY HOLDER'S AFFIRMATIVELY PRESENTING THIS TICKET FOR ADMISSION TO THE EVENT, THE HOLDER AGREES TO: (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISKS OF BODILY INJURY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE BEHAVIOR OF HOLDER OR OTHERS WHO ARE PRESENT AT THE EVENT; (2) WAIVE ALL CLAIMS. DEMANDS, ENTITLEMENTS AND LEGAL RIGHTS OR REMEDIES, OTHER THAN THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION TO ATTEND THE EVENT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE EVENT, HOWSOEVER CAUSED WHETHER DURING, BEFORE OR AFTER THE EVENT; (3) RELEASE HOME ST LOUIS AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENCIES, AND AGENTS AS WELL AS THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY 'AM Only/Tiesto' FROM RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE EVENT, HOWSOEVER CAUSED WHETHER DURING, BEFORE OR AFTER THE EVENT; AND (4) FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ENTITLEMENTS OTHER THAN ADMISSION, ACTIONS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITY AGAINST HOME 'AM Only/Tiesto' FROM ANY LOSS, INJURY (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY), DAMAGE OR LIABILITY THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE EVENT.
EVENT RULES:
THE HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT VENUE(s) AND THE ORGANIZERS OF THE EVENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO AND/OR TO EXPEL ANY PERSON FROM THE EVENT, WHERE SUCH PERSON'S CONDUCT IS DEEMED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF VENUE(s) OR THE ORGANIZERS TO BE OBJECTIONABLE OR UNDESIRABLE. THE HOLDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ADMISSION TO AND ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT IS CONDITIONAL UPON THE HOLDER'S COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, BY-LAWS, REGULATIONS AND FACILITY OR STADIUM RULES (THE 'RULES'). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES MAY RESULT IN NON-ADMISSION OR EXPULSION FROM THE EVENT. HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL DRUGS, CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES, BAGS, CONTAINERS, AND ANY OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM THE EVENT. BY PRESENTING THIS TICKET FOR ADMISSION, HOLDER CONSENTS TO A REASONABLE EXAMINATION OF HIS/HER PERSON AND EFFECTS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OR TO OTHERWISE FURTHER THE SAFETY OF THE EVENT. NO PERSON SHALL BE ADMITTED INTO THE EVENT WITHOUT A TICKET. TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE: NO TICKET SHALL BE SOLD, GIVEN AWAY OR DISPOSED OF BY ANY HOLDER IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROMOTION WHATSOEVER OR FOR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.

  1. THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where credit/debit card fraud is known to be active. THE PROMOTERS will use discretion in these matters and the resultant decision will be final.
  2.  On successful confirmation of order, the contract of sale is made between THE MANAGEMENT and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.
     
  3. Goods and services, together with sales tax, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order as applicable. THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
  4. Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a Confirmation e-mail.
     
  5. Tickets are not limited per person, however if The MANAGEMENT suspect within reason that a customer has purchased tickets for other purposes than to attend the event the MANAGEMENT reserve the right to cancel tickets and refund without prior notification.
  6. For most of the venues on the Tiesto Tour no Physical tickets are issued the tickets for the TIESTO 2008 TOUR are mostly electronic.  After you have purchased you will receive your E-tickets via email. Please print your email and bring this with you to the venue. This confirmation email is your E-ticket and contains a unique bar-code with your ticket purchase details. Upon arrival at the venue you will be asked to present your E-ticket with the bar-code for scanning verification along with valid ID or the credit/payment card the tickets were purchased with. We cannot be held liable for non-receipt of an e-ticket if it is blocked or delayed by spam filters.  The only venues which will be providing physical tickets are; The Mixx, Atlantic City.
  7.  Payment processing is performed via SSL secure connections between Our servers and the Banking Institutions used by Direct Pay Limited.
  8. THE MANAGEMENT accepts most recognized Credit and Debit Cards: Including but not necessarily limited to MasterCard, Visa and other relevant local credit cards.
  9. THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to refuse to trade with any individual where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is suspected as determined by THE MANAGEMENT Employees or Agents acting on their behalf.
  10. THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to refuse to transact with any Country or Countries where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is considered by THE MANAGEMENT Employees or Agents as excessive risk.
  11. Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays or cancellation to the order fulfillment process.
  12. Payment is charged to the credit/debit card on confirmation of successful payment.
  13. Bookings can only be made in the name and address of the Card Holder; if the Invoice/billing address is not the same as the card holders we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notification.
     
  14. THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to request additional identification or make any other reasonable request in respect of credit/debit card or address verification if deemed appropriate at time of purchase or at the venue.
  15. No refunds or exchanges of Booking.
  16. Booking confirmations or Tickets lost, stolen, destroyed or invalidated will not be reissued and deemed void.
  17. Tickets remain the property of THE MANAGEMENT
  18. Tickets will be assigned to the customer on a best available to THE MANAGEMENT at the time of purchase basis, All reasonable effort is taken to ensure customers receive the seats they require within the venue and are provided with the correct ticket information. However this is at the Customers risk and cannot be rectified after the event.
  19. If tickets that are dispatched are returned to Trinity St, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment.
  20.  The Customer must accept the Booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when tickets are Dispatched by UPS(or equivalent) whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer.   Please click here to review UPS Lost Package claim process
  21.  Tickets are normally dispatched approximately four weeks prior to the event however, in exceptional circumstances, may not arrive with the customer until 5 days before the event. If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to proximity of the event or circumstances beyond our control, we may elect to make the tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. Customers will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of purchase) if this becomes necessary.
  22. All ticketing enquiries must be made by e-mail to tiestotourtickets@trinitystreetdirect.com. Please note that this email address is for booking enquiries only, event enquiries and information is not available via this email address, event information can be found on the FAQs page.
  23. The use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol used on the Internet to encrypt data to ensure secure transmission. This functionality is denoted by a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. All payment information is transferred via an SSL connection.
  24. THE MANAGEMENT shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss, including travel arrangements or other costs incurred as a result of booking tickets. THE MANAGEMENT liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
  25. Every effort is taken to ensure that ticket information, text and images accurately portray the Event concerned. Slight variations may occur.
  26. In no circumstances shall THE MANAGEMENT or any of our employees or Agents be liable for any loss or damaged suffered as a result of any use of the Site.
  27. All web Site graphical design, text and graphics are copyright of the MANAGEMENT COMPANY or companies under its management or operation. The selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this web Site are copyright TRINITY STREET - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
  28.  THE MANAGEMENT or entities to which THE MANAGEMENT has contracted with, own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights or similar rights and information within the site.
  29.  Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this web Site for personal use where the sole purpose of placing an order with THE MANAGEMENT or companies under its management or operation or using this web Site as a shopping resource. All such replications must retain original copyright and proprietary notices.
  30.  Any other use of materials on this web Site including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of THE MANAGEMENT or companies under its management or operation is strictly prohibited.

  32.  No contract will subsist between you and THE MANAGEMENT for the sale by it to You of any ticket unless and until THE MANAGEMENT accepts Your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched Your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to You at the time THE MANAGEMENT sends the e-mail to You (whether or not You receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United States. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the Federal an State laws of United States of America, and You and irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts. THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to use another court if elected.
  33.  THE MANAGEMENT makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on the Site are correct and accurate. However, due to the nature and speed of e-commerce data transfer and transaction processing it is possible that mistakes may occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, THE MANAGEMENT will be entitled to rescind the contract, not with standing that it has already accepted the Customer's order, and THE MANAGEMENT liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of that order.
  34.  A 'manifest error', as the term is used in these Terms & Conditions means, in relation to an incorrect price, a price quoted in error by THE MANAGEMENT which is more than 10% less than the price that would have been quoted had the mistake not been made.
